  • Your responsibilities
    • As Support Hero, you are always close to our customers, know their needs, and also the specifics of our target group of small businesses, self-employed, and freelancers. Maybe you even belong to this group of people yourself?
    • You are the mouthpiece and the extended arm of our customers and actively contribute their feedback to our further development. You discuss bugs and improvement ideas directly with the developers or the product owner and together with them you look for pragmatic solutions that help the users.
    • You process support tickets via e-mail, whether at home or in the Team Lab.
    • Fixed working hours are an invention of yesterday. You decide in consultation with your team colleagues when, where, and how much you want to work.
    • Full time, part time, freelancer ? You decide which form of cooperation is best suited for you. We are flexible - you should be too.
    • You will find an environment that challenges and encourages your creative input, while leaving plenty of room for your own design ideas.
  • Your competencies
    • Through your friendly manner and your dedicated, responsible, and conscientious advice you make our customers happy and help them if they have a problem with our accounting or billing software.
    • You are sociable and know how to approach customers in the support department in such a way that they feel well looked after. You also know how to show them solutions to their problems in simple, understandable words.
    • Keywords like accounting and invoicing do not immediately get you off the ground.
    • There is almost nothing you cannot learn: Inquisitiveness and active "wanting to learn" as well as a certain affinity for the complex of topics of invoicing and accounting characterize you.
    • You are open-minded about new forms of support such as group chats or live screencasts
    • Personal contact and direct exchange within the entire team, for example during our biweekly retrospectives and reviews, are an important part of our team culture. You should therefore live in the vicinity of Freiburg, so that you can at least temporarily work in the Team Lab and participate in the team meetings.
